Murter Island is situated in the middle of the Croatian coast between two national parks: NP Kornati and N.P. Krka. Murter is located 25 kilometers far away from town of Sibenik and 40 kilometers from town of Zadar. Murter Island is connected with the mainland with bridge (20m) in place Tisno.
