The fisherman's house is located in the beautiful and sheltered bay of Hijača on the island of Žut.
The house has two terraces, a private waterfront with a mooring and a barbecue house. Nearby there is a small restaurant offering fresh daily caught fish and 5-6 fisherman's cottages that are also rented in season.
The house has solar panels and smaller devices can be used (laptop, mobile phone, TV)
The refrigerator is electric with a freezer.
The bathroom has a shower with hot water.
Bed linen is included in the price and guests bring beach towels.
Internet flat mobile device is additionally charged 20 eur/week.
Transfer from Murter in both directions is charged 150 eur and parking is provided in Murter.
It is possible to rent a small boat with which you can easily reach the nearby bays, restaurants and small shops, as well as the Žut marina. The price per day is 40 euros.

Free and secured parking lot is located in front of the owner's house in Murter village.
